Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4, 1978) is an American actress. She was a part of the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That(99) and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) as well as in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voiced her and also in Robot Chicken's and She's All That (1999), respectively. The series was launched with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian, social worker and former as well as JoAnn Cook, weaver and teacher of cooking. Part-Italian, she's also from Italian descent. Cook first appeared in an advertisement for public service in foster care when she was seven years old. of age.
